Tulimus limited – Investing in UK businesses

Tulimus is a privately held company founded in 2015 based in the South East of England. The company’s mandate is to invest in small and medium sized businesses in the UK, looking to take majority stakes in each company. We have a particular focus on enterprises involved in commodity processing and distribution, especially in the timber, oil/gas and agricultural sectors.

We aim to invest in good companies with strong operational management teams. We then focus on developing a structure of processes and reporting systems to help us gather and manage information about the business and the market. This enables Tulimus to provide strategic guidance, and to understand where additional support is required and when to give management the room and resources it needs to flourish.

Jonathan Stevens is the founder of the company having spent 15 years trading oil for major investment banks and trading houses.
